I paid for a oil change and tire rotation and was told I had six bad lug nuts and new ones are seven Dollars each I did not look at the invoice to see what the charge was until the next day $61 bucks for six lug nuts not $42 like I was told 10 bucks each seems like a lot . they must of charged labor to put them back on .I'm thinking a steak dinner should come with that , I see OME lug nuts online for $2.69 each I guess that's how they make money off us just like the hospitals $100 bucks for a band-aid

I purchased my third set of tires from Luther Ford. The tires I selected are excellent for my application and the price match plus additional incentives makes the cost of a premium tire competitive with cheaper tires. Service and sales were extremely helpful and professional.
Prompt service and comfortable waiting area with coffee and other beverages. You need an appointment but for an oil change that should not have to be a problem for anyone who pays attention to when this service is needed.
I will always go to this place when my vehicle needs service! They are fantastic!!
a greeter at check in would be nice
This was my first service visit. I pulled into the service bay and wasn’t greeted by anyone. The service desks were located on either side of the bay, so I didn’t know where I should go. I spoke up to another customer, and he said I should go into the left side. Even though there were 3 reps, two were with customers and one was shuffling through papers. I purchased my 2003 Ranger new from Tousley Ford in White Bear Lake and for many years I would only take my truck there for service. In the last few years I have found that North Country Ford has met my expectations and I will continue to do my business there.
