The last time I brought my car in for service, the amount charged was different than the invoice that was mailed to me. I contacted the service representative and left a voicemail and also sent an email requesting clarification of the discrepancy. I received no call back. I called the manager over a month later and did not even receive an apology. I was very disappointed in the service and the treatment I received.
there was an error with my service appointment, Brent jumped right in to make it right. I am grateful to him for being so understanding and professional.
