I feel confident that my car will be serviced correctly when I bring it here. Usually things go fairly quickly. Yesterday though, even with an appointment, it took over 3 hours for a simple oil change, and inspection. That seamed like a long time to me. No explanation offered.

Whenever we take are cross over or our F 150 we know that they are going to get the best of care. This dealership is top notch.
Really friendly and helpful people here at North Country. Bought my truck here in 2014, got the extended warranty which I just drove out of. But I am going to keep coming here for maintenance because prices are reasonable and the service has been great!
