Called service on a recall and they could get me in right away, took 1/2 hr less than they said it would and they even washed my explorer. Thanks. I had called Plymouth where we had bought our last ford it took 2 months to get in they had the car all day and did nothing (I had taken 1/2 day off work) couldn’t get it back in for another month. Currently we have 5 fords in our driveway big fans will use North Country next time
