North Country Ford is not good and their Service Advisers are the worst (Shout out to Adviser Bret for being really bad). I brought my 2016 F150 in for warranty work and left with a bill for $145.00 and some BS excuses because North Country refused to warranty any of the issues. In fact I brought it back a week later for one of the same issues hoping they would stand behind their product and was told if I didn't like their service I could take it to any dealer. We had a great buying experience from this dealer. Bill Fannon our sales consultant was very helpful and took the time to find exactly what we were looking for. We are working with them to fix a couple small details so we have a new vehicle that meets all are expectations.

I was not happy with the attention to detail provided by the service department on today's visit. The advisor assigned to me did not adequately research the most recent servicing I had received there earlier this summer. If that advisor had done so it would have been noted that the drive belt on my truck would not have needed changing, thus saving me the parts and labor charges. This experience was not consistent with prior visits.
