We bought a 2016 F150 from Elvis and he was great! Tom in finance was awesome! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle!

I brought my wifes car in last friday for a recall issue and honestly we planned on getting her a new car the same day but because of the horrible service we decided to shop around. Today she bought a new car from another ford dealer because of the experience dealing with the service department. I will never set foot in a Luther dealership again.

I wasn't sure what vehicle I was going to buy - need both a large vehicle and good mileage - but I did know I wanted to buy from Elvis. He was very patient and didn't pressure me or my husband. Elvis is one of the good guys. He was available and kept in touch without pushing us. When I buy my next car it will be from Elvis!

As a rule we aren't a Ford family.. but when we were looking for an suv with a third row in our price range with good ratings the explorer is where we were headed. Turns out we love it! But really the service we had the day of the purchase was great! And every interaction since has followed.. even this morning getting an oil change(side note I was nervous we would be there forever.. we were in and out in 30min!) I of course had my little man and everyone greeted him with a smile as he "drove" he even was given some key chain... read more

Had a great experience all around. Richard is a great salesman. He was extremely helpful, asked us what we were looking for and never pushed usntowards anything we didn't want. Andrew on the business end was great. Don't remember ever laughing that much while purchasing a car and filling out paperwork. Amazing experience. Thanks to both guys

Purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from Wally today. Great experience. He was very matter of fact, no pressure whatsoever. Liked the fact we could test drive independently. I would definitely go back to him. 4 stars only because we waited an hour and a half before seeing someone to complete paperwork. They apologized and the gentleman we completed our paperwork with was good. 5 stars for service/sales. 4 because of the long wait. We will be back for our next car.
