Very kind and generous. They donated a 2004 FORD Freestar minivan to my family. they didn't have to do that but they did and we are very greatful for that.
Had an excellent experience buying a car at North Country in the not-so-excellent weather we had yesterday! I've purchased vehicles at a few Luther dealerships, I wasn't sure I would purchase from them again due to customer service and overall experience. Got screwed on a trade in, all was fine until it came time to do the deal, they said the vehicle was "significantly worse" than 60 days prior and dropped the trade-in by $500. I drove it twice in those 60 days, it's the same exact condition except that I cleaned it for them.
