I bought a used car there 2 months ago. I brought it in two days later because there's a humming noise coming from the rear and a ding in my door no questions asked they fixed it and they treat people good there. Thank you so much we are happy with our Ford Taurus.

Will never go there again. Their sale are all about them. Insulting and jerks. Been a Ford owner most my life. Luther needs to change there advertising. Thanks to their sales (rick ) I will not get a new Ford. Hope they aren't on commission, they be on welfare.

Horrible dealership! They claim they will fix a problem with the car I bought here. Same issues keeps coming back and now they now nothing about it.

I wish you lots of luck if you have to deal with a certain couple of people in the financial dept after you have handed them the check for your new vehicle. Be prepared to get a lot of attitude and very little help. If you're even lucky enough to hear back from them in the first place. The part where they say one thing and then say a different thing a few months later and blame that on you is a nice touch, too. All we wanted were our license plates. Charlie the service guy does a horse shit job of "getting back to you" bought my car in February which apparently was sold to me with a bent rim. Now here we are in May, still playing oneway phone tag and I still have a bent rim. If I could take my money back and go to Hayford Ford in Isanti I would. At least they figured out the problem BY LOOKING AT IT and had excellent customer service.
