Bought a new f250 today...these guys went above and beyond to work with us. Second vehicle we have bought from Luther, we shopped around, and ended up back at Luther. They have the best deals and the best people.
I made a service appointment 10 days in advance. I received two e-mails that stated the time and date of my appointment. The day before I received an automated phone call stating the appointment time. When I arrived twenty minutes earlier than the scheduled time the service advisor canceled my appointment stating they did not have enough time to work on it. Bought a 2016 Ford Escape today from Richard Peyton @ NC Ford. I'm really pleased with the vehicle. We were able to find exactly the package I wanted at a very good price. Richard was very easy to work with - low-key & no pressure which is the only way to work with me. The process took a couple of days (my choice) & the day Richard was off, Barry Miller stepped in & got us set up for another test drive. Worst dealership on the planet. Unfortunately I can't give them 0 stars. I just bought a new car and my first question was "are you a luther dealeship? If you are no deals.. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We brought our car here for warranty work on the radio , over TWO YEARS ago. We still don't have our cds back, many of which were collectable. On an other occasion, we brought it in for front brakes, they replaced the rear brakes, charged us a small fortune for it. They refused to admit their mistake or... read more

Do not depend on North Country Ford in Coon Rapids, MN for reliable service or good customer care. They do not return calls in a timely manner and their service representatives are far from dependable. With a 41 year career as an RN, if I cared for my customers in this way, I would be out of a job. I can understand that mistakes may happen, but this is not the first time, but it WAS the same service representative.
