Went in this morning to look at an explorer. Wandered around the floor and even looked through a floor model and was never helped. I was the only customer on the floor at the time and it looked like the sales associates were available but at their desk. I would have asked the reception dear but no one was there.
Uncomfortable lounge. No vending machines or snacks in case you get hungry while waiting for repair work. They also do not give you a report card of their multi point inspection. I will not return. Service advisor was rude when trying to be funny. You also do not know who works there because most do not wear a dealership name tag, shirt or uniform.

We've purchased several vehicles from this dealership. Tim Angell is, and always will be our sales guy. He is awesome and goes out of his way to please us! Even when we get nitpicky. Had some service issues this week and even dealing with the service department has been a breeze! Thank you for supporting a customer so well.
