I have taken my Explorer here in the past and was happy with the overall experience. On Monday morning I called for service. Because tire replacement was one of my needs (I had several service needs), they transferred me to another department to schedule. They came back on the line to take a message and it is 2 full days later and no one has returned my call. Needless to say I have gone elsewhere and will in the future. Really poor customer service!!!!

Poorly run service department.. Scheduling is two to three weeks out every time you try to schedule.. First Ford I've owned and probably the last .. I prefer dealerships that can promptly get a vehicle in .

I brought my truck into North Country in early December for some recall work & a oil change. A few days later I get a call that my truck was no longer on the lot, while my truck was in the dealerships possession it was stolen. Once a police report was filed I have never been treated with so much disrespect. North country was very short with me & showed zero sympathy to my vehicle being stolen. North Country ford does not stand behind their products warranty. They refused to replace my bad battery under warranty because I don’t have a receipt. The sticker on the battery says “02/17” on it and it is supposed to have a 36 month full warranty, followed by a 100 month limited warranty. The reason I don’t have a receipt is because a ford factory dealership installed it between owners after it was traded in and before it was sold to me. Brent in service came through BIG. Listened to our concern, communicated well, overnighted parts, got us on the road ! A valuable asset to a great team. Bought our car there. Wouldn’t think of anywhere else for service. Thank you,thank you,thank you

Selling shady used vehicles. Went there with the intention of buying a particular 2015 F-150. On the test drive the front wheel was making a loud crunching noise intermittently. Days later they wouldn’t get back to me until I called twice for an update. They finally called me back 4 days later stating they couldn’t duplicate the problem. BS! What were they trying to cover up and pass on to the next buyer? I bought some place else.

We brought our Ford Transit van in for brakes. there had been some miscommunication with the original quote. Brent and his team worked hard to make things right, and completed the job at an affordable price. Excellent service, easy to work with.
