Purchased my 17’ accord about 5 weeks ago. Working with Csaba made it the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. After 5 weeks, I went in and took my car in for service today, Csaba approached me, greeted me and talked to by name. I will definitely be returning too Norm Reeves Honda for my next vehicle purchases.
My son and I had the best time purchasing ANOTHER vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda/Cerritos. Our sales rep. Sam S. not only worked well with us, he went beyond and made us feel like long time friends. I almost forgot that we were there for business. I would recommend asking for Sam for anyone looking to purchase. George H. in finance also deserves to be recognized (Sam made sure that we were taken care of through out the process, even with the finance dept.)

Unquestionably the worst auto purchasing experience I have ever had. I live in Northern California but am originally from Southern California so I knew about the dealers at Cerritos Auto Square. I figured that Norm Reeves Honda was a large dealer and could provide a decent deal. I was looking for 2017 Pilot with Navigation. This dealership always treats you fairly. There's a reason they're the #1 Honda dealership in the US. Valerie Ortega-Perry was the internet salesperson who took care of this car purchase and my last. She and the dealership are great. You won't be disappointed.
