Yeah so I made a appointment to view a Honda Insight at 1pm and when I got there they said it had sold. No text or email to let me know and as of 4:30 it is still advertised on THEIR own website...sounds like a bait & switch to me.

Took my Honda Odyssey here for a “recall fix” on Thursday before our road trip. Had planned to purchase my one-year-old a new car seat with some Target gift cards which she had received for her birthday. Paid for a tire rotation that was not done... car was spotty from the car wash.. dirtier than when we took it in 😔 I usually have great service from here, but I will not be going back

I purchased my Honda here, and have had it serviced here since 2013. I continually get frustrated with the long wait times, and always try to make an appointment. Today I went by to get my oil changed. I checked in and waited 25 minutes before anyone got to my car. At that point I asked what the wait time would be for this "express service". The advisor said 3 hours because it was almost lunch time! Seriously!!! I'm done here, and won't be returning. Terrible customer service

We recently purchased a 2015 civic sunday night, 4 days ago. We decided to give it a try knowing we had bad credit. We were only planning on giving $1000 down, but the sales representative( who was very helpful about everything) told us if we were to give $2000 down we would get approved for sure. He said worst thing that could happen is i drove it for a few days and had to bring it back and get my money back. So we did and went ahead with the process.
