I am in the hunt to buy my first car and I went to Honda Cerritos today to get prices and more information. I spoke to man who told me he couldn't do anything or give me any information unless we buy in the moment. What a customer service!

RecommendedOmar Carbajal was very helpful with my daughter terminating her Honda Civic 2015 lease and she got a 2018 Honda Civic as replacement, this time it is no longer a lease! Omar did a great job, though our family love Honda cars! My husband dying to have Honda Accord in the future😊

Was there for an oil change, also reported my tire pressure light is on I had the tires checked on 3 separate occasions 3 different look locations.. can you have the sensor checked oh it wasn’t reset properly. oil change completed tire pressure light off ��� the complimentary car was! 17 miles later tire pressure light back on. WT heck now I have to make an appointment sit for a long time and then have them say it’s the care not the tires

My wife fell in love with the sonic grey pearl paint finish available on the 2018 Civic Hatchback and wanted the EXL-NAVI version. Our research showed there were only a couple in SoCal at this time, so we went to go buy one. Another dealer in West Covina was closer to our home so we went there first. Huge waste of time.
