RecommendedWe were in there for recall on our car. And it took them a little over an hour to get it done for us. We were help by michael. He was very polite,and understanding. My dad has Alzheimer's/ dementia and he was with me.

I had an appointment @ 1:30. Not many cars but still had to wait a while . It seems like my car problems wasn't their priority

Purchased my daughter's 1st car on Sunday. When we came to pick it up Monday, the interior has a cigarette aroma.. pretty disappointed about this. We tried to febreeze and air freshener but I just isn't working. The sale of the car was fast and Rafael helped us out
I came last year i had trouble at kia and when i called honda of cerritos susan yim answer the phone and made the process so easy straight to the point very proffecional very good customer service that she help me out with my 2016 civic so this year i came back for my accord and once again i was help by sussanagain thanks this is the 1 sale person you need to see when you come to HONDA OF CERRITOS thank you sussan for my 2017 accord im very satisfy customer God bless u thanks honda of cerritos for your great customer service... read more
