First, let me say I never give 5 stars unless something miraculous happens. Our experience at the service center yesterday was very good. Our service guy, Mike, was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and showed concern over our problems. He pointed out a service under warranty we were unaware of which saved us a potential bill of $800. If you need work on your Honda, I would recommend this facility.

Al vender son muy amables pero ya cuando terminas de pagar un carro que no sirven sus bolsas de aire y lo llevas arreglar y descomponen otras cosas y las quieren cobrar !!!! Si fueron ellos que hicieron un mal servicio.

I called about 6pm when I got off of work to see if I could arrive at the shop before they closed at 8 to replace my battery. I woke up to a dead battery in the morning and had to get a jump. When I called and spoke to Reyna in the service department, she said I could not go in and that I needed an appointment. I explained that I am still under warranty as I gave her my info.
