Worst customer service ever! When you call for a update on your car they keep putting you on hold and then come up and ask for your number and someone would call you back and they don't... I called several times and the girl on the phone was extremely rude.

Always have had honest service. My husband & I take are cars to the dealer for regular matianance. My car is going on 15 years and I love my Elantra.

I Baught a car from Norm reeves with internate sales manager Ted su. I have an amazing experience. First there is slight misunderstanding in our deal, but with the support of Ted , I had a happy ending with my deal. I suggest you to make deal with that because he is very supportive, enthusiastic, and good person compare to others salesmen.
