When picking up my car my service advisor was not at the desk so I asked one of the other advisors I was here to pick up my car and told them my advisors name and they said I have to wait for him so I waited then after 30 min I asked one of the service advisors if they could page and they said oh I will look for him... My 2005 Prius got totaled last week (doesn't take much for the cost to repair to exceed the value of an 11 year old car). Norm Reeves Honda had a lovely 2015 from a trade-in.
