I took the car for leaking front pushing and have to wait for 3 hrs and the service management said the part are back order and I have to go back when the part are in but now 3 months going by with out any one give me a call when the part are available?

My niece needs help from Honda or Helpful Honda! She purchased a 2014 Honda Civic Coupe earlier this year from Cerritos Honda. She was in a hit and run accident. She was hit head on at a high speed. They hit her so hard her car flew onto the side walk. And no airbag deployed. Her insurance and Honda had her take it to their suggested shop. So wanting to go to a shop that Honda recommends she did. They have done a horrible job and are taking way too long. Just bought my Son his first car from them what we thought was a certified used Honda Civic right off the show room floor, one week after we bought it he broke down along side the fwy we also purchased the extended warranty as of right now worst experience I've ever had with Customer service and help from Norm Reeves Honda unfreakn believable.
