I came here with my sister to purchase a used Honda Accord. I found a 2015 Honda Accord with 13k miles for $23,900. The salesman, Mr. Lopez, whom was a trainee was amazing. Here today for one many bad and inconvenient times that I've had problems with my new Honda Civic. Problems include; USB radio freezing, radio not working, cv axle faulty, faulty wheel bearings, back up camera disconnecting, air coming through window switches, and so on. We'll let's see if my 3rd radio will fix some of the problems because hondaUSA won't help and doesn't care. So far Norm Reeves hasn't offered me anything for this ongoing problems, but maybe I can get into an older Pilot and away from the Civic problems.

I've been repeatedly harassed by one of your salesman to the point I want to change my number!! He calls and texts me even after to told him never to do so again. I live my Honda but this sales man is going to get a restraining order slapped on him!
I went in today for new wipers. Javier in services let me know that I didn't have to wait in line and could go to the parts department, and helped direct cars around so I could get out of the line. Steve in the parts area got me the right wiper blades and installed the new battery I bought for my key remote very quickly. Finally, Justin at the service desk installed my new wiper blades in the rain! With a smile and great chitchat. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Spent the whole afternoon here. We went through the paper work and everything and just had to write the check until someone from sales who approves the price declined the price. We were sent here through AAA and got a discount which was just $500 off any price they are asking for. Wouldn't honor the AAA price because they guy said he was already losing money on the car and would lose even more. AAA sent us here, they should honor it no matter what.
