Leased a new Accord LX a few weeks ago only to find out later they are having a President's sale that offers much better rates than I received. I called and emailed them several times to ask why I wasn't told to wait for these deals. Zero response. They claim to offer the best deals but are really only interested in getting all they can from you. STAY AWAY.

I love this dealership. I have purchased 3 cars through them and they are by far the best. After being lied to by another dealership, it makes me appreciate them all the more. Also, Honda finance is awesome to work with.

I had a wonderful experience. I waited only 2 hours on a busy day with a 4 hour wait. They hurried up so I could get to work. I appreciate all the people that helped me purchase my first new car. Darryl Pork helped me and by the time I came in to sign my paper work the car was detailed and waiting for me. It was the color I wanted and every thing was on point!

Went in for my oil change. No line, drove right up. I had an apt. Was not told wait time. Service advisor did not do my inspection or tell me about it later. Told him I did not want the air conditioning filter changed. He did not say whether or not that was a good decision. The guy who drove my car in for the oil change broke my mirror to where I now have to replace it. It was already a little messed up. The bad thing was he didn't bother to tell me. We had a wonderful experience. When we were told that not purchasing the premium package, we would lose the navigation, sunroof and blind spot detector. We were very disappointed and were ready to walk away. It was then Sales Manager Saeid brought out Vito Beato. Turns out all we lost was the navigation system, but he downloaded an app on my phone and wallah I have Navagation! Vito saved the deal. Vito also showed me all the things our new Hyundai Elantra Sport is capable of. Wonderful experience! Thank you!

Fuxking buch of thieves!!! My gf takes my car in for warranty repairs... The NORM REEVES, Cerritos calls 3 hrs later with a list of "additional repair". Among them a brake job and replacing rotors $1200 = WTFUUUUUUUUK!!!! Showed the service manager hack the problem... He replaced HI PERFORMANCE ROTORS with factory rotors... He told me to report them to the bearue of Automotive repairs... So we did... They were found guilty and i got my 1200 back... Thumbs down. Stay clear of NORM REEVES HONDA.

After shopping multiple dealers to purchase my wife’s new Odyssey, I finally found an honest straight forward team of people to deal with. They made the process easy, fast, and entirely pleasant.
