Bought the 2013 CRV new there. There a 2 known defects with this POS and there are TSB #’s and these guys want $150 X2 to diagnose these issues which are documented over and over online. Once those issues are diagnosed they are still not covered by Honda unless you open a case against them. Never Again will I deal with Honda, they will go out of their way to pay it forward on TV but ignore their paying customers with known issues! VTC Actuator and Transmission shudder both well documented and should be recalled.

Had a great experience at Norm Reeves leasing a car for my daughter in college . Everyone was very professional and efficient so it didn’t waste our precious time setting her up ! Lots of great inventory to choose from too! Definitely recommend !

Darrell Pork was an amazing salesman. I was able to get approved and was in and out of there in less than 4 hours. I was able to get a great deal on a 2018 Honda Civic EX-T which I was not expecting. He broke down all the terms and information I needed to know about buying a car. Highly recommend Darell.
Ask for Sam Sultan if your thinking of leasing or purchasing. He is awesome. Out of all the people I talked to at different dealers he was the one that helped me the most, and gave me the best deal for my CRV. Couldn’t be happier. For sure I’ll be back in 3 years and hopefully my friend Sam is still there.

They didn’t wash my car. ☹️ Which was very disappointing being that it was my first time there. They did recall work.(airbag) However, Ricky in service department has excellent customer service skills. He kept in communication with me about what was happening with my car and by answering my questions.

Last time i take my car here! I got my car back in 2016 and have taken it to get serviced here ever since And for some reason every time it has a new scratch. Today wasn’t an exception! This time it was bigger than the other times! Plus, while waiting you can see how the employees drive the cars careless!
