Please Share A week and a half ago, we had our Honda Pilot serviced at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. First, we waited 30 minutes just to drop the car off- WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Not good. When we got the car back, it was obvious someone had rummaged through the center console and had stolen few dollars in change! They took all of the quarters! I took my car in for an oil change walked out with two deep scratches that needs a week to fix! Norm Reeves cares for my car very carelessly and not much excited to make the customer happy! Until customer us furious! You charged me higher than other dealers for my lease and the service stinks! I’m so angry! I took my 2012 Civic for repairs. A shuttle driver named Rezno gave me a ride home. He told me how well Honda has treated him, how much he likes working there, and how he is being trained for other jobs because his manager appreciates his conscientious work attitude. He was so polite and took me directly to my door. As a consequence I feel that my car is in good hands at Honda Cerritos.
