Service advisor Rafael G. very helpful. Very nice and always responded to my call or texts. He worked with the techs to help diagnose and find repairs my car needed. Thank you Rafael I bought 2 Fords here at Cerritos dealership and I have all my maintenance and repairs done there also. I have always trusted them with my cars. Before Virus i would either wait in the customer waiting room which has always been so comfortable or sometimes Take shuttle to Cerritos mall. I recommend this dealership.

Rafael my Rep. was very helpful. He was very prompt at getting to me and asking what I needed. I went in for an oil change and told me about what was recommended from my previous time. I had some other things done and he kept in touch the entire way. My truck was ready in a timely manner and Rafael contacted me when it was finished. Always satisfied with my service. Repeat customer.
Customer service .. Raphael went over and above to answer my questions and make suggestions I had not even thought of. And, his follow phone call was unexpected & excellent! Great Job!!

We had an appointment with the internet rep, Carlos, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I recommend doing your research ahead of time and making an appointment with someone.
