I came in to purchase the car of my dreams, my credit isn't the best but Carlos and Benji worked with me anyways. They made a scary purchase not so scary and made me way less anxious. We took in our 2013 Lincoln Navigator for some issues that were not handled correctly from our last service. I spoke with Sean Osborne services director and he was able to take care of the issue. Took car for 62000 mile service. MKC. Person that helped me said I needed additional servicing that wasn’t part of the info sent to me by Lincoln. I agreed because I’m clearly not a mechanic and I don’t want trouble with my car. Labor was 2x what parts were....700.00 bill. I asked for touch up paint for 2 tiny tiny nicks on the front of the car from a flying object in a fwy. I have asked for this for the last 3 times and they were finally able to accommodate me.
