RecommendedSounds very silly but my experience was “Easy Breezy”. Josh was the salesman who helped me. He was very knowledgeable about each of the cars I was considering. He was also very friendly and did not try to pressure me one way or another. He helped me to decide which car would be best for my needs. I love my Edge that I purchased. Josh was an awesome salesman. He called me right away when I inquired about the vehicle. He also had the vehicle ready for me the next morning on arrival. Josh is very knowledgeable. He really made the transaction quick and easy. I would recommend this dealership for it's great deals and Josh for a painless vehicle purchase.
I was having a problem with my battery and was able to make a next day appointment and leave my car overnight so it could be fixed.
Honor the coupons that you send your customers! Had an appointment for an oil change this morning. When the appointment was made, the customer service person knew that we had a coupon, what the coupon was and the made and model of our vehicle. When we arrive this morning, we were told that the coupon didn't apply to our vehicle. The coupon didn't list any specific reactions just "certain restrictions apply".
