Besides being expensive, I had a very good experience. I stated my three concerns I had with my car. They were encouraging and assured me they would assess the issues I had and would be able to correct them. They contacted me and updated me on the status of my car at each step of the way. When the repairs were complete, they encouraged me with their warranties on each area of repair. Overall, they left me feeling good about the job they did. They were courteous and professional. I will go back again.

This was my first vehicle purchase and I cannot believe how rude and degrading your sales manager was to me. I want to start by saying your sales employee Isiah was amazing. I entered the lot at approximately 3:30 and didn’t leave till a little after 7. I called the day before to confirm pricing on this exact vehicle. I normally hate the “ car buying” experience, but Michael O’Connor made the entire process so much more pleasant and less stressful. He was so patient and kind.
