Raymond in service has been so helpful. He’s helped get my car in and out of there as quickly as possible and on top of that was very communicative throughout the entire process.
The experience I had was a very pleasant experience customer service was amazing Ivan was such a pleasant one I spoke to him on the phone and I could see the smile on his face and with everything that is going on in the world today staying positive is not always easy but Ivan had me with a smile on my face when I left
The two times I have been to the service at Norm Reeves have both been excellent and I will continue to service my car there. first class from top to bottom!
