First, I had gone to a different Ford dealer prior to coming to Norm Reeves. They were absolutely flat-footed when it came to helping me buy a car. But out of this scenario, I first set eyes on a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. After leaving the Ford dealership, I decided to look up the Lincoln Naulilus, and lo and behold, Norm Reeves was advertising it, with how much money down and what the payments would be. Great experience in the Lincoln service department. Service writer Cindy Noun was enthusiastic and knew what she was doing. This is our second MKC purchased from Norm Reeves Lincoln and we are very happy!

The service work was fine on my truck. But I did not like the visitors lounge. To many people in there sitting side by side I had to go outside. So what happened to social distancing. All places I go have reduced occupancy in tight enclosed spaces. You need to fix that.

Unable to get $500 refundable deposit returned since 7/22 despite multiple calls and email. Trying to state that the money is with Ford not Norm Reeves despite this clearly not being the case as I can see it shows them on my Credit Card. Lousy communicators and liars to boot !
Bryan was superb. Very nice and no push to purchase at all!!! He is a very nice young man and will go the extra length to be sure you are satisfied.
