My service visit for my Lincoln Continental yesterday was perfect. The service advisor, Cindy Noun, was prompt, efficient and provided answers to all of my questions. She was fantastic. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up, it was washed and ready to go. Cindy made it happen from the very beginning with her efficient customer service. She represented the dealership in a very positive way with her excellent professionalism. Thank you. It was a very positive experience!

March 2019 my husband and I went to see if we could purchase an F-150. It was on my husband’s bucket list. He had Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 1999 and was told then that his heart would give out at some point. We both knew his health was somewhat declining. I came in 7/17 to purchase a 2017 Ford explorer. I know my credit was bad so I thought if I paid 15,000 on a 31,000 dollar car it would suffice. It did not. Less than two weeks later I got a call and letter stating I needed to retrun the vehicle. Upon the return of the vehicle I spoke with several nice gentlemen, but "Jessie" Jesus Martínez stood out to me. He was rude via text messages between him and I prior, and rude in person.
