The service technician accused me of spilling coffee on the USB port. Service Technician (D): You spilled coffee on the USB port that’s why it’s not working, didn’t you!? HOW DARE YOU! I promise a review after I purchased a vehicle. The first day I was already irritated since having to go to one dealership to another. We all know that it is a stressful event when trying to get the best deal from a dealership. One being on finding a vehicle that you would love to drive, financially able to get a good APR Interest and having good credit.
