I agree with whomever called it horrible.If I could express my review in negative numbers, I would. The app is cumbersome to use and the messages are intrusive. I live in pacific time and got messages at ungodly hours.They are billing me although I have tried to cancel. There is no contact number, which is the pits.
d a family emergency and didnt cancel trial period on time, the next day they charge me $172 and no way talk to anyone or to cancel. Horrible!!!!! Do not register for this. No support. They are just money makers.

Stay away from Noom. This is a scam! They cannot be reached they charge you if you cancel or not. The people running this company are sick. They are not a business they are only trying to taking money away from people. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! Rebecca Collins, remember the name, shame on her!!! To be a part of a business that takes advantage of people who are in need and trusting!
STAY AWAY!!! Impossible to cancel subscription! Dealing with PayPal resolution to stop $129.00 month auto bill. To cancel they say click on chat icon and send a message to your counselor to cancel. When i hit send it says error. This has been going on for weeks!

Only giving it one because zero isn't a choice. The number provided here is for the offices of Doug Jiblonsky...not Noom. I got the app, signed up for the free 14-day trial. I cancelled it after 3 days, and they still charged me $159! I've had to search and search for any other contact information but their stupid stupid website with NO information on it but an automated reply for their "support". I'm disputing the claim with my credit card company. WORST company ever.
