Yup TOTAL scam! I will be reporting to the BBB and will have my bank go after the money. When I entered my credit card info i never hit the submit button. So they have people "sitting behind the scene" taking our info and putting the purchase through anyway. I know this can be done because another company did this as well but they at least returned my money. They are done!

Like everyone else here , I was scammed. They took $140 out of my account. Imagine my surprise when I got to the zoo with my grandson and found out I did not have enough money on my card. Legal action needs to be taken against this Fraudulent Company.

There is NO telephone customer service and no option for immediate cancellation with a refund on the website. They bank on people not realizing that if they agree to a "free" trial they are then signed up for a year of service at $159.00 which is impossible to cancel. Fortunately, I was able to go through my bank and reverse the fee by filing a claim that this was a misrepresented fee/service. Just waiting to see if Noom protests the claim...…….

Scam! Scam! Scam! Don't sign up for the free trial. I canceled before the trial ended and they still charged me and will not refund me. I have emailed customer service twice and still no refund. This is absurd how they treat their customers.

There is no way to contact them to talk to someone and they count on that. This company preys on the fact that most people will be too busy to read every email and cancel before the trial is over. I feel completely duped. STAY AWAY FROM NOOM.

This company is a joke. I need help and there is no way to talk with anyone. Technical support does not respond. And there is no way to unsubscribe.

Sucks took payment on last day of free trial and won’t refund since I don’t want to continue. SCAM!!!!!!!!
