Scam!!! Cancelled months ago, yet I continue to get charged.
Sounds like we all need to get together and open a class action lawsuit against NOOM for deceptive practices! Think I will call one now!
Total scam to get you CC Number and then hit you with a subscription they told you nothing about. Then it is just about impossible to cancel. Forget it.
Total scam. Never agreed to terms, but they continue to charge my credit card.

Complete rip off!! Jump through crazy hoops to cancel and if the cancelation goes beyond theb2 week trial Noom will charge you for the entire year!! I'm not able to speak with anyone from the company. Not to metion the website isn't all its cracked up to. WW is, by far, a better site!!
This business is a total rip off. I didn't know I had do everything through a cell phone, which I do not have. I signed up on my computer. There is NO customer service number to call and cancel your subscription. I've now written two letters to their NYC office with no response to stop the charges on my Paypal account.They charged me anyway. How come you have a scam phone number ? Why can you not contact anyone in customer service to get information before signing up ? Right there is the reason I would never consider jumping on board to believe I can change my whole life of dieting and getting a guarentee of something no one has been able to do in forever with such a quick fix.
