Horrible....Totally not as advertised. I am still in my trial period and am trying to cancel it, but since I mentioned cancelation, no response! I still have a few days in my $1 trail, but I made the mistake to purchase the custom meal plan and DNA kit when I signed up. I never got a meal plan, and I want my money back for that, and I gladly send them back their unused DNA kit since I want to stay away from NOOM as far as possible. Such a SCAM! I'm going to write on as many blogs and online forums as I can!! Noom keeps charging me and I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months!! I want a refund this is horrible! Totally unethical business! BTW is noom ever sees this please stop charging me!! I uninstalled your app

I signed up for a trial from Noom, NEVER used any of their services, and wrote them the day my trial period ended to cancel. I had not ever logged in to their Web site or communicated in any other way with Noom. I did not use their service because I just started traveling extensively for work (last 3 weeks solid) and didn't anticipate that there would be no time, and I wasn't even sure at any point how to access their services. If I could put less than 1 star I would. They don't clearly state that the first payment is huge and covering several months. Because they know you'll want to cancel immediately. It maxed my credit card, and gave no warning or option to have the payment broken up, and the best part is its 'non-refundable'. They also are afraid to to post a phone number anywhere. The app has a terrible user experience, and they use predatory practices to get you to sign up for more than you bargained for, then charge you more than you expected. They clearly aren't thinking this is a tool that will work in the future to help people diet, based on their customer service, lack of a contact number for support, and complete lack of responses to all their 1-star reviews. Diet or no diet, noom left a terrible taste in my mouth.

I am SO disappointed in NOOM! I cancelled my subscription last week for a variety of reasons and requested a refund as I had paid for 6 month and it’s only been a month. They said they couldn’t refund me and thus I would just not be renewed. Unfortunately even though they refused a refund they kicked me out of all of the services I had paid for even though I’m paid up for another 5 months. Impossible to cancel and to talk to anybody there just the automated responses I had to lock my cards and open disputes a lot off pain they try all of your cards I don't know how they could get into my other credit card they tried to take the money out it's driving me crazy!!!

The app database does not work the messages are time consuming and take too long to read they make it difficult to cancel and charge you extra in the middle of the night their customer service is ridiculously difficult to reach and unhelpful
