TOTAL SCAM! I cancelled through app on 2nd day after sign up on their 2 week free trial. Went back yesterday and tried to make sure it was cancelled before the 2 weeks ran out. Was unable to sign on as it did not recognize my email and believed from that and the confirmation I received through chat on the app that it was cancelled; however, this morning - there is the charge on my Paypal account.
HORRIBLE! I signed up for their $1 membership and NO WHERE did it state that after a period of time (like a month) that they would charge me $129.00 WITHOUT my consent! I never even logged into the app and they still charged me. I reported it to Paypal as an unauthorized payment and hopefully they can credit me. DO NOT use this scam of a service.
CAN’T CANCEL! Tried to cancel 30 minutes after sign-up. No response. Must do via app. Can’t sign on because it doesn’t recognize my email. WILL HAVE TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD TO GET RID OF!!!
Scam...if you pay through PayPal you can make their status inactive under payments to try and stop them from taking money. The merchant number provided to PayPal is not a working number. I tried to cancel through my bank but that did not help. Don’t even think of using this service
Total scam! I tried to cancel within the trial period but by the time the ‘coach ‘ got back to me two days later they had already deducted $129 from my account. All I did for 5 days was to enter my weight and what I ate. They are not responding to my emails.

Total con, they will steal your money and justify it with the fact that you can still use the "ammeneties" even if you haven't used it in months. No way to actually contact customer service. Just had $99 taken without warning. Do not use!
Don’t fall for this it’s fraud you sign up and then it’s like impossible to ever cancel there’s no phone number can’t reach anybody in those so-called coaches don’t ever try to reach you they just take your money
Unauthorized payment of $159. I have no account info to even sign in to ‘cancel’ and when I called the # PayPal gave me, it told me to leave a voicemail! I’m so mad and now hungry because that was our grocery money for the week. It will take forever to get it back! 🤬
