If you're into having your money taken without your consent and receiving absolutely no customer service noom is right for you! I was interested in Noom but ultimately decided it wasn't for me. To my understanding I didn't sign up I was just browsing. after that I forgot about noom all together until I got a $129 charge to my account. I never even downloaded the noom app or a an account and now I'm being charged for a service I never even used.
