They make it so you can’t contact them to cancel your subscription - for you to cancel you must have her app to contact your specialist who doesn’t even reply to you! I’m not using the app because it’s way too complicated and time consuming than I thought and you can’t basically cancel it because they don’t even have a support email address/actual customer support??? Terrible, don’t buy into this!!!
No easy way to see account information. Didn't know auto renew was 'on' so was charged and hadn't been using service for 2 months.
Personally feel stolen from. I’m not in a account membership but my bank account was charged $130 for a membership? Could potentially be a good app if the business would not steal your money. I have tried calling them as well as e-mailing them and have received no response. Total waste of time. I want my money back. Don’t download unless you plan to spend money.
I downloaded the app with high hopes of implementing this program into my schedule, but I never even completed the initial setup and weigh-in because I simply didn't have the time. For TWO WEEKS I didn't have the time. I planned on cancelling my subscription today before they could charge my account, but they CONVENIENTLY charge your account at 5 am when you're getting ready for the day and are not able to be with your phone. This is a complete ripoff after not hearing anything after a few days I cancelled my trial subscription. I tried more then once before thinking it finally went through only to see my PayPal Acct was debited $99. I am working w pay pal and called the number for Noom. It appears to be a recorded message leading you back to the app which I couldn't access to begin with. What a pain in the ass!!!
Noom is a rip off, they took $159 out of my acct and I never used the app. Stay away from this app.
Horrible customer service. Could not log into their system for over month. The only way to cancel is within the app, but if you cannot log in, you're screwed. They do keep taking your money though.
I'm really enjoying this program, and would like to continue after my free trial. However, I have not received any communication back from Noom re: my subscription/how I will be charged after my free trial. I tried to cancel my trial period and was not able to attach to any of the links or reach my coach for assistance. Tried to find a phone number to contact someone for assistance and there is just a recorded message. The day after I was charged $129.00. I am not happy about this, and I feel I was scammed by this company. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!
