Horrid. They sound great and get you to spend your $1, telling you that if it doesn't work for you that it can be cancelled. NOT. See, the only way that you can cancel it is via the app on your phone. The app that NEVER would load onto the phone. You cannot cancel via the website (but if give complete instructions on how to cancel via the app ... the one that cannot be loaded onto your phone). I am disgusted and distressed and upset by the way Noom treat customers who have complaints about their payment procedures or lack of complaints procedure. I am 62 and physically disabled I have very little mobility and in general little mobility in my body and arms I was under the impression I had paid £1 for some recipes and tips to loose some weight I was not of the impression I had signed up for all the rest and when I seen that NOOM had taken over half my weekly benefit ( the only money I have to live on to pay for food... read more
Total scam--don't make the same mistake we did.
FUCKING CHARGED ME 149$ !!! I am student and I have debts!! I only agreed to pay 1$!!!!!!!
Same problem as everybody else. I'm reporting a fraud to my credit card. It really is a scam, people.
I have had the same terrible experience as many others here. The whole thing is a scam. I couldn't figure out how to cancel and by the time I did I was past the deadline and they charged me $149. They refused to refund me and now will not answer my emails. There is no number to call and speak with anyone. This is 100% a SCAM!
NOOM has awful customer service. I canceled the day they charged me. No refund. WOn't communicate with me. This has never happened to me before. Most places if you are a day or two late, they still cancel. They are obviously just after all the money and do not really care about people or weight loss.
This company has been charging my credit card for months and I never signed up!
I literally can’t connect with anyone from Noom. I have emailed 8 times and haven’t gotten any response. Once the trial period was over and they took my money- they vanished. No communication. Beware.
