Total ahol ripoff company. Avoid.
It's a complete SCAM! DO NOT DO THE "FREE TRIAL"! There is no way to get out of it and they don't even email you to let you know your trial period is coming to an end. I was charged $140 for a 4 month auto pay that I NEVER CLICKED ON. There is no way to get a hold of them, no phone number, and the app is crap. STAY AWAY
Noom is HORRIBLE - I hated the app - thought the program was uninspiring and when I went to cancel, I discovered the multi-step labyrinth of getting into the right portal was near impossible. Cancelling my subscription was the most energy I spent on this AWFUL app and program - thieves
If I could give 0 stars, I would! During the so-called "trial" period, I could NOT access my account. There was no way to reach customer service, and then they charged $100.00 for 2 months of the same bull___t! Of course, that was non-refundable! Hate the scammers...stay away!
NOOM should be ashamed of themselves. I was just charged $159.00 for a service I told them I wanted to cancel. There is no way to call them because I have spent the last hour on my computer trying to find a phone number and when I read the reviews I see that it probably won't happen for me to speak to someone. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I will just go through my bank fraud department and see what they can do for me. Hope no one else gets sucked into this fake company.
Almost a scam! Went to sign up and pay for a diet. Then feed pages of expensive additional items with no way to exit. Closed page without completing application. Now besieged with emails requiring me to download yet another app for my poor cell phone which I do not and requirement for VERY EXPENSIVE UNDISCLOSED monthly fee in a few days. No way to contact them or cancel without installing and using the phone app. A virtual con for unsuspecting persons seeking self improvement.
Beware! The trial period is nothing like the actual program and there is a zero refund policy.
An okay product but when I cancelled they continued to charge and I can find no way to speak to them! Infuriating.
Horrible subscription framework. No alerts that trial is ending. Suddenly have a huge charge for a 2 month subscription. I'm not continuing the service anyway but now stuck with a big charge. What a scam.
