Horrible customer service. No customer service department to speak to. That is absolutely unacceptable. I was able to cancel my "subscription" that I never authorized payment for through the app, but was unable to request a refund since I did not want to sign up. That is not indicative of a company I want to be affiliated with.

Noom is inaccurate. The step counter does not record properly. The measurements are mostly ounces. There is no kilojoule converter. The psychology tips did my head in. Stressed me out. The advertising is misleading and I was charged double of what I expected. No invoice! $219 for access to a shit app. The weigh graph was not visible properly. I did not want to join a facebook group! Hated it.

I was entirely unable to reach them by phone or email when I had questions and wished to cancel my subscription!!!! This makes me very suspicious!

After signing up yesterday I was sort concern about the pricing before the 14 days free trail then today I reach out to customer service and they canceled my 14 days free trial with no problem so hopefully I wont get paid before the 14 days free trial

I just found out that I have been charged for a 6 month subscription to Noom and I did not sign up for this!. Am waiting to hear back from them about cancelling and getting a refund.

Horrible!, I cancelled with my “specialist” and continue to get charged. No customer service to talk to. Companies should not be able to get away with robbing people.
