Awful experience with Customer Service. During my trial I was given a one time offer and when I selected the offer, the app kept freezing and I couldn't select it. I tried the other buttons and those buttons worked. Then when I contacted customer service, I was told it was a one time offer. Yes I tried to accept the offer. Hector S. offered me no help whatsoever.

For zoom to be a million company you’ll don’t have any customer representative to actually talk to people. I should have read the reviews before. Until I talk to someone to resolve this you will get the worst review ever.

I’m not understanding why I can’t talk to a person about the money you all stole from me. You’ll said it will take up to 6 hours for me to hear something back and I have heard anything. I have already reported y’all to the BBB next step will be emailing the news stations, your investors and then a lawyer to get my money back that you all stole. I want to put a 0 but this is the lowest I can go. These people stole my last little money I had from my family and I. They are saying I have an account but I don’t I tried to see if I could login with the only two emails I have and I password that I knew I would use but it is saying for both emails their is no account with that email. I have emailed them about four times and it said it will take up to six hours to contact me back. It’s been six hour and nobody has contacted me. If i could give zero stars I would. I signed up for a 14-day trial for $18.37 and a charge for $81.10 immediately hit my statement. I've tried numeros times to get this resolved and NOBODY responds. The worst customer service experience ever. Run away from Zoom. You'll lose wait and save money.

I cancelled my account one day into the free trial and got a cancellation confirmation on email from Noom. Today received an email indicating my credit card will be charged for next two months of subscription. I no longer has a coach or access to Noom email...the only two ways I am allowed to cancel. I am adding my voice to the others at the Better Business Bureau complaining about such procedures. I have sent multiple emails to Noom but end up in an endless tape loop.

Should file a Class Action for fraud. Cannot be used on a PC or any older mobile device. You have to contact your Specialist to cancel, but can't make contact until some time has elapsed. In the meantime, after signing up for trial membership, without your consent they begin charging $99 every two months. There is no way to access your account or cancel online.
