DO NO DO IT!!! I cancelled before the trial period was finished yet was charged $168.72 in Feb 2019. I disputed it and my bank returned the money. Now in Oct 2019 I get hit for another charge for the same amount. Another dispute and given back by my bank. There is no customer service number! You cannot talk to anyone. Had to put a stop payment on my account for this merchant so if they do try to ever charge me again, it will come back as a fraud charge.

Utter and complete scam run by con artists and A.I. bots. Took $219 of my money and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. Even their so-called 'coaches' are bots!!! Have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will attempt to contact my bank to report a fraudulent payment. Wish I had read the reviews. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS.

I wish I had researched this company before I signed up for the trial! A friend lost a lot of weight on the program, so I thought I'd try it. I didn't really "get" it, and I assumed it would end after the 2-week trial. WRONG! As others have posted, an automatic deduction was made yesterday. I tried to cancel online, but the online form wouldn't allow me to complete one field -- then I couldn't submit the request because that field was incomplete!! How do I get out of this??????

DON'T DO IT ... TOTAL SCAM!!! You will never talk to anyone and even the so called "coach" support is all automated, no real people. They make it nearly impossible to cancel. I actually couldn't get anything to work until the day after my trial ended, what a coincidence. I only gave 1 start to be able to submit, wish I read review first, waste of time and definite waste of money!

I. Sign up and trying to cancel out the same day without success they said no email for me it’s very difficult to act my so-called account .No phone number to get help. What makes this worst is I’m not good with computers so I need help stay away

Not user friendly - I could not figure out how to quit, so I was changed $100 without refund. No customer service. Totally a scam company!

Disappointed to find that just by downloading app, I ended up being charged $159 two weeks later, accessing my account info through Apple when I downloaded. Shady at best. Can't find a way to reach anyone there to get this amount refunded as I have no interest in their program now. I've filed a complaint with BBB. If they have any integrity, they will reach out immediately and refund my money. We will see.

Tried to cancel my account before the 2 weeks were up but was unable to get it cancelled before I was charged $129.00. No one to talk to but your coach and they are unable to help you with anything except coaching. Very frustrating and ultimately expensive. Would not recommend it.

Tried it for a week of free and cancelled. Doesn't seem that there are actually people there- just computers talking to you. Some of the advice I liked but it is very generic and doesn't seem to address individual needs because i seems to be only computer responses. I had no trouble cancelling though
