Walked in there a little before 0900 and out the door a little after 1100. Off in my new(for me anyway) car. Mr. Warren Cormier was great. I told him what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and no bs. No running back and forth, taking up all my day. A grand experience. But best of all was the detail gentleman that gave us a tutorial on how to care for the soft top on the car. He was awesome and his advice is greatly appreciated.

Wow these people are on it. Went in to redeem a birthday oil change and BAM. They get my car keys tell me to go inside grab some coffee popcorn and they will get me when they are done. Inside there are a few people but they are coming and going. They get me show me my bad wipers and airfilter I get wipers maybe 30 minutes my oil is changed everything checked new wipers car washed and really vacuumed. Unfreaking believable.

Is there a rating lower than 1? It has been about 7 months since I purchased my vehicle from Nissan of Lake Charles and I'm still upset that I got taken for about $2000. Carl Pete is an awesome LIAR and John May did his best to be intimidating. John Stelly was no better, he never returned my calls. I followed through with my grevience by filing a complaint with Nissan Corporate and Louisiana Commission of Motor Vehicles but Nissan of Lake Charles got away with deceit. Bought a suv from them a week and a half ago....(it was used a 2011 Chevy Equinox) I had a few little minor issues with a sales manager when I was trying to get the car fixed. (It broke 2 days after having it) The manager basically said there wasn't anything he can do for me it was an as is sale. ( Im offshore working while my wife is at home 6 months pregnant and we also have a two year old daughter, there home with no vehicle now) So I called and called finally found Mr. Adam Stelly. Update - they tell BBB that my mother asked for the upgrade when in fact we ran the vin and stock number to confirm the Ad car was automatic transmission in knowing a 16 couldn't drive stick -- they switch paperwork after the fact and LIED that to get the Rebate you HAVE to finance with them -- LIES ALSO No respect as the OWNER Stully will not return a call for 2 weeks now - THE OWNER so it starts at the Top This Place makes a practice out of Taking Advantage of Old Disabl...Continue Reading
