WoW! Look at all the 1 Stars Must be a reason and it always starts at the TOP - they tell BBB that my mother asked for the upgrade when in fact we ran the vin and stock number to confirm the Ad car was automatic transmission in knowing a 16 couldn't drive stick -- they switch paperwork after the fact and LIED that to get the Rebate you HAVE to finance with them -- LIES ALSO No respect as the OWNER Stully will not return a call for 2 weeks now - THE OWNER so it starts at the ...Continue Reading

I like Mr. Stelly, but every time I go in for service it takes a lot longer than they say it will and sometimes I am not even told when my car is ready. I am just kept waiting.

I wouldn't buy a vehicle from these people if they were the last dealership in Louisiana! These people will rob you and not even have to use a gun! They rob you with their ink pen! They are pure crooks! I don't even want to step foot on that property! They took my vehicle that was paid for and charged me double for the one I bought! They don't give you nothing for your vehicle you are trading in on another one! They tell you they are going to give you a certain amount for your vehicle and when they get thru jacking the price... read more

This place screwed me over big time. Brought my car there to get my bumper fixed and they fucked up the lip under my back door. Claimed the supervisor would be there the next day to get access to the "before" pictures they had of my car and of the video footage they had of it being worked on. HAA! I went all the way there and the only pictures they had of my car were AFTER it had been worked on!!! & there was NO videos of anything. It was one lie after another and the people were SO rude!!! The owner is auch a giving person. I see some negative reviews here but in the car business i guess u cant please everyone. Ive bought at least 7 cars from this dealership and service is excellent

Don't even deserve one star!! Wish i could bring car back and get my money backed this is the second time i get fucked by these people
