I am a customer of nissan. I purchased my car from them last year Aug 26,2016. A Nissan sentra 2016, I had my car appraised and it was valued at 12,000 And I still owe 26,000!!!!! One of there salesman lied to me to get the sale, and they are aware of this!!!!! I have purchased 3 vehicles there, my mother has purchased 4. Due to the service dept we will no longer do business there. My wife goes by on two occasions while traveling from out of town to adjust a headlight on a Titan as it is pointing too low. The first time she is told they didn't have a tech available. Today she was told they didn't have the tool to adjust it but in the same sentence was told they could adjust the headlight for $50. Really? To adjust a headlight? "Making deals every day"? I bought a 2016 car in august this past year and had a few problems. One of them they are telling me is normal... The other they are telling me my warranty won't cover so they want to charge me to fix it! The car is new and I bought bumper to bumper warranty on it with other and they tell me my warranty won't cover!! I am very upset about this and may never buy again from Nissan...
