This place is a joke, I also received a very misleading mailer in the mail, if I would have know i would get $2000 off of a used car or a cheap hotel stay, that I still have to pay for instead of a ipad mini, I wouldn't have loss sleep over it...I wasted money in gas just driving to the joke of a place...we will NEVER do business here, and will also make sure that our friends and family know what kind of people yall are too...Yall are liars and I will stick to my Ford, the American car.
Decided to go for a test drive without my spouse one day. Got there and wanted to test drive a rogue. The salesman said to go ahead and get the car started while he got a paper tag for the window and made a copy of my license and insurance. He came back outside and said that I had no credit score. My spouse has excellent credit. Anyway. I requested a copy of the score. Federal law entitles the person who's credit was ran to a copy of the report at request. He said they couldn't do that and that they would mail it. Mailed it ... read more
