In 2011 when I bought my first car from here, I had a great experience. With my birthday coming up I decided to go buy me a new one. However, I am VERY dissatisfied with my salesperson Mr. Thornhill. When we found a vehicle that I liked. He kept jacking up the price and wanting to charge me for things that went with another car. You could clearly see it went with another car because the VIN numbers were different. Of course, I flipped out and called him out of it. He still was trying to push the higher price! I have a car that is currently financed. I received a letter in the mail from Nissan stating that they could get me a lower note on a new car with no money down. I doubted it, but figured it wouldn't hurt to just call. I called the number on my letter and spoke to Robert. I told him about the letter, and that I wanted to know what I could finance before I came up there as I did not want to waste my time. I went for an oil change for my Rouge and Adrian Walker saw me and remembered my name... This may not seem like a big deal but it shows how personable this guy is.. he didn't just look at me as only a previous buyer... Anyway within a couple of hours I was signing papers for my new Maxima... My family and I have bought 5 vehicles from Adrian Walker and will continue buying from him (well not me bc I AM IN LOVE with my new car)
