They changed my paperwork then called my spouse to come in and sign. Originals gone. The owner admits he owes me 30k plus but to protect his son he’s being a shady snake!!! but the minute he sees me he’s extremely rude and slips out the back door unless I have a man with me. Hummm he must be sexist too. He is them all pointing fingers on who owes me. So it’s attorney time!!!
I will NEVER go back, nor will I recommend anyone!! Purchased a 2018 Titan. Was not given a copy of the paperwork!! When we got the first statement, the note was almost 100.00 more than we agreed to. I have talked to the finance manager, and the business manager. Both have just brushed me off. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
BEST customer service anywhere!! We've been Nissan Customers for over 13 years! Would not even consider going anywhere else!!
Best dealship to purchase from
Bought a car from Nissan of lake charles. Regretted it ever since. Nothing about this business is professional. Have been through the ringers with these people for 3 months. Will never return to nissan or purchase a nissan ever again. Unless u want to be treated as if ur not important by condescending know it all's that think ur ignorant, DONT GO TO NISSAN. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, friendly & welcoming. I highly recommend them. I have been to other service departments in Lake Charles and never had this kind of service. Great work Jessica
I’ve had my car worked on twice in less than two years.. and both times I got it back with stains everywhere and extremely dirty! I feel like they over charge for Unnecessary work as well. This is just on my steering wheel!! 🤢😡
