So at newton mental health part sucks here so bad, I got a new medication Monday had a really bad reaction to it, called Tuesday at 8am to let them know what’s going on, ( I go to iop , Monday Wednesday Friday) so come in Wednesday, they didn’t notice me once, I had to ask 3 people if I was being seen, no one knew, so I called the hotline to get advice what I should do, if I should stay or go to the emergency room, so they finally tell me that the doctor is going to see me after her meeting, well I seen her, she is a freakin... read more
I have been a nurse for many years and my mother was recently a patient in Newton Medical Center. I am proud to say that her care was outstanding. The nurse and er tech. were kind and skilled. When she was in the holding area due to high census the nurse and aide were wonderful. The patient representative Andrea F. was thoughtful and caring. Newton Hospital is an embarrassment.... they don't have basic things like an ultrasound tech after 9pm... so if you might have a blood clot in you leg or maybe a torn muscle because they have no idea no clue at all they will just send you home to pray that nothing bad happens... that hospital is a joke and should be ashamed with the way they treat people... I am absolutely appalled. They aren't fit to treat people!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE OR TRUST THEM WITH YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES HEALTH!
I'm currently sitting in this hospital waiting for tests , they have lost numerous lab results which leaves me sitting in a hallway in agony waiting to see if my gallbladder is being removed today.
On January 28th, I was attacked by a pit bull and sought emergency medical attention from Newton Medical Center. Oftentimes, people are eager to write negative reviews, but hesitate to write a positive one. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the ER staff yesterday for the prompt, professional and gentle care they provided me in my time of need. Unfortunately, I don't have the specific names, but I'm sure management could find out and relay the message! Great job! -al
Besides a couple nice nurses was treated like crap never even asked if id like a blanket the bed in er wasn’t even fully made, and they do not get things done even when they told others to do so. Only went here due to throwing up so much. Never again...
Could not be more happy about the Labor and Delivery in this hospital!!!! The nurses were PHENOMENAL and took great care of me and my newborn son!! Such a homey feel�I would be happy to deliver my next baby here!
